Mitchum Lawn and Landscaping

We're seeking qualified applicants to fill a Crew Leader position immediately. 

 

Applicant’s qualifications:

 

  ~  Strong communication skills with superiors, subordinates and clientele.

  ~  Working knowledge of Landscape Maintenance equipment (trucks, trailers, commercial mowing  equipment)

​

  ~  Organizational and Time Management skills

​

  ~  Valid Maryland driver’s license with clean driving record

​

We are also seeking a qualified applicant to fill a Lawn Care Laborer/Driver position immediately. 

​

Applicant’s responsibilities:

​

  ~  Drive and lead lawn/landscaping crew on daily assignments.

​

  ~  Keep record of client concerns and equipment issues while on duty.

​

  ~  Spot check completed work to improve quality of service and to ensure contract compliance.  

​

  ~  Perform all operations tasks including, but not limited to mowing, line trimming, blowing, leaf and debris removal, weeding, edging, hedging, raking and mulching.

​

  ~  Address questions or concerns with the clients, if approached.  Communicate customer’s questions immediately with the Crew Lead.
